Lillian Zhao is currently the Head of Business Operations at Pavilion, where Lillian leads supplier success, data operations, and revenue operations. Prior to Pavilion, Lillian worked as a Growth Manager at a company where Lillian achieved 3x growth of public sector users. Lillian also has experience as an ESG & Impact Extern at Silver Lake, and as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company where Lillian conducted due diligences across various industries. Additionally, Lillian has experience in product marketing and business operations through internships at start-ups like Pelikin Travel Money and Forkable. Lillian holds a B.A. in Quantitative Social Science from Dartmouth College, with minors in Human-Centered Design and Philosophy Ethics.
