James Dyson

James Dyson has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience & Managed Services at WithSecure since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Customer Officer at Reliance acsn from October 2018 to March 2023. James also held positions such as Interim Head of Assure at MLL Telecom, Business Development and Compliance at Infradata, Vice President of Customer Operations UK at Interoute, Operations Director at Easynet Group, and Operations Director at MDNX/Solution-1. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Solution Engineering Manager at Claranet and held roles at SAVVIS as NCC & TAC Manager (EMEA) and Network Engineer. James also had a brief contract position as a Security Analyst at Price Waterhouse & Coopers.

James Dyson attended the University of Surrey from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a BEng degree in Electronic Engineering. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Farnborough College of Technology and studied Maths, Statistics, and Physics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2023, GDPR P from GASQ in 2018, and EU GDPR F from GASQ in 2017.
