Reilly Dampeer

Reilly Dampeer has worked for five different companies since 2009. Reilly began their career at Finmeccanica as a Trade Compliance Coordinator in 2009. Reilly then moved to Potomac Boat Club as Head Coach of the Open Sculling Program in 2011. In 2014, they became Director of Product Application at Potomac Health Solutions, Inc. and in 2016 they began working as Lead Development Coach and High Performance Program Manager at Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation. Lastly, they held the role of Proposal Manager at SiloSmashers from 2011 to 2014.

Reilly Dampeer attended Santa Clara University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
