Ashleigh James has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Specialist at The AA until September 2012. Ashleigh later joined Building Blocks as a Marketing Intern from October 2013 to May 2014, where they conducted market research, competitor analysis, and assisted with eDM campaigns.
In 2017, Ashleigh worked briefly as a Sales Specialist at Allianz from February to May. Ashleigh then took a gap year for traveling from October 2016 to January 2018. During this time, they gained valuable international experience.
Upon their return, Ashleigh worked as a Marketing Assistant at Suwito Pty Ltd from January to July 2018. Their responsibilities included managing multiple accounts, sourcing potential clients, arranging meetings, and presenting exhibition designs.
From August to December 2018, Ashleigh served as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Technology Sydney. Ashleigh then moved to Safer Infrastructure Limited (Safer Highways) as a Marketing and Operations Executive from July to October 2019.
In December 2019, Ashleigh joined Frank Recruitment Group as an Event Marketing Executive, where they worked until October 2020.
Their next position was at Voneus Broadband, where they started as a Community Engagement Executive in January 2021 and was later promoted to the role of Community Engagement Team Leader from May 2021 to December 2022. Finally, they worked as a Regional Manager at Voneus Broadband from December 2022 to April 2023.
Currently, Ashleigh works at Wise as a Regional Account Manager from April 2023 onwards.
Ashleigh James attended Newcastle College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Extended Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Business Management. Following this, they enrolled at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2016, majoring in Advertising Management and Brand Management.
