Nomonde Gaju is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Wits Health Consortium since October 2015, Nomonde has previously held the positions of HR Officer and Human Resources Administrator at Clicks Group and Smollan Group, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and BCom Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa. Nomonde is also pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations Management from the University of South Africa, expected to be completed by November 2025.
