Viktória Demčáková

Viktória Demčáková has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Viktória began their career at Slovenský rozhlas Rádio Regina in 2010 as a Moderator/Editor. In 2011, they joined Hotel Seifert as the Head of Infocentrum. In 2012, they moved on to WITTE Automotive, where they held various positions including SAP administrator in the purchase department, Head of Business Data Services, Employee Relations Leader, and HR People & Culture Leader. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of Business Data Management at WITTE Automotive.

Viktória Demčáková completed their education from 2002 to 2006 at Secondary grammar school Exnarova, where they studied in the field of secondary grammar school. From 2006 to 2011, they attended the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik and obtained a Magister (Mgr.) degree. The specific field of study for their master's degree was not provided. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the certification in SAP SCM500 Processes in Procurement from SAP ČR, spol s. r. o in November 2018. Viktória also obtained the certification as a Professional in Human resource management from Pro Centre s.r.o in March 2023.
