Kyle Yelton is a strategic leader with extensive experience in transformation initiatives and financial management. Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Transformation at WittKieffer since May 2023, Kyle previously worked at UKG, where as Principal Transformation Strategist, significant achievements included the development of a new go-to-market framework and improvements in customer satisfaction metrics. Kyle's background encompasses roles as Manager of Transformation Strategy and Finance Business Partner, where expertise in financial planning and cross-functional collaboration enhanced organizational performance and customer outcomes. Prior experience includes financial analysis positions at Ultimate Software, Havertys Furniture, and Michelin, complemented by internships in the United States Senate. Kyle holds an MBA from Emory University and advanced degrees in accounting from Georgia State University and Wofford College.
