Alec Steinmetz

Alec Steinmetz is a Writing Intern at IndyMojo.com, where they pitch and write coverage for regional events, focusing on electronic music shows in Indianapolis and Bloomington. They also work as a Writing Tutor at Indiana University, helping students improve their writing skills through collaboration. Additionally, they are an On-Air DJ at WIUX, hosting live shows and radio dramas. As the Director of Event DJ Services, they oversee booking and managing DJs, maintain customer relationships, plan DJ showcases, and create promotional graphics. In the past, they have interned at Conrad Indianapolis, where they worked on public relations and graphic design tasks. Prior to their current roles, Alec worked as a host at Applebee's. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
