Adi Benitah

Adi Benitah is an experienced professional in quality assurance and automation, currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at Papaya Global since May 2021, focusing on global payroll and workforce management solutions. Prior to this role, Adi held key positions including QA & Automation Sr. Manager at LivePerson, where responsibilities included leading QA methodologies and automation infrastructure development, and QA Team Lead at NICE Systems, overseeing both local and offshore QA teams. Adi started a career in QA at AT&T Tel Aviv Center of Excellence, managing mobile client and server side testing, and previously worked as a Software Testing Engineer at Comverse Technology, Inc. Education credentials include a PMP certification from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Derby, and a BA in Middle East and Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
