Maayan Tzuriel

Maayan Tzuriel is an experienced animation professional with a background in both education and industry roles. As a Lecturer at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design since November 2022, Maayan contributes expertise in Motion Studio. In a dual capacity at Wix.com since February 2018, Maayan serves as Animation Team Lead and Lead Animator, showcasing leadership in creative projects. Previous experience includes an Animator role at Studio Poink from March 2015 to January 2018, and a position as Compositing Artist at Shortcut Playground, where work involved After Effects and compositing for the TV show "Mikmak." Maayan also served as an Animation Assistant at Bridgit Folman Film Gang in early 2013. Educationally, Maayan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, completing the degree in 2012.
