Mali Gispan Cohen

Mali Gispan Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Guild Manager at Wix since June 2019, Mali has held various roles in recruitment, including Recruitment Team Manager and Recruitment Team Lead. Prior to Wix, Mali worked at Edmond De Rothschild Partnerships from November 2015 to February 2019, where the role included Director of Training and Development for the Benjamin de Rothschild Ambassadors Program, which aims to enhance leadership across social, public, and business sectors. Additionally, Mali was the Southern Region Manager for the same program and coordinated the Cadets for Local Government at Atidim from July 2014 to September 2015. Mali holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
