Alaa Sameh

Alaa Sameh's work experience begins in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at Orange. From July 2015 to March 2019, they held this role. Following that, Alaa worked as a Content Creator at YouTube from August 2018 to October 2022. They then moved on to TELUS International in November 2022, where they held the position of Al community surfer until May 2023. Currently, Alaa is working at WIZ.AI as a Customer experience in talkbot, starting in June 2023.

Alaa Sameh received a Bachelor's degree in Archeology from Cairo University, completing their education from 2008 to 2012. Furthermore, Alaa obtained additional certifications, including "Fundamentals of digital marketing" from Google Digital Garage in January 2023 and "Digital marketing challenger track" from Udacity in November 2022.
