Didik Wicaksono

Didik Wicaksono has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with their current position as a Key Account Director at WIZ.AI since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Gupshup as a Country Manager, where they were responsible for managing operations and implementing conversational messaging solutions across multiple platforms. Didik also served as a Senior Business Development Manager at Gupshup before taking on the role of Country Manager.

Before joining Gupshup, Didik worked at Kaleyra as a Business Development Manager for the SEA region. Kaleyra is a global mobile communication services provider, and Didik was responsible for managing business development activities and expanding the company's customer base.

Didik also holds a certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, which they obtained in September 2021 from Microsoft.
