AI CX Existing Client Manager at WIZ.AI

Novinda Bahniar Puteri worked as an English Tutor at Language Center, Telkom University from February 2016 to December 2018. Novinda Bahniar then interned at Bandung Techno Park from May 2017 to August 2017, where they supported business processes, client handling, and production. In 2019, they worked as an intern at ERIKA PEÑA, a high-end fashion designer company.

From December 2020 to February 2022, Novinda served as an AI Customer Experience Project Manager at WIZ.AI. Here, they efficiently managed projects and products, reduced man-effort spend, calculated project ROI, and proposed solutions for different client cases.

In March 2022, Novinda was promoted to AI CX Team Lead at WIZ.AI, where they led and managed a team of designers, interns, and project managers. Novinda Bahniar achieved commercial contracts and exceeded client's business results in various industries. Finally, in October 2022, they took on the role of AI CX Architect at WIZ.AI, where they managed and improved both projects and products, created specific solutions, and researched upcoming demands.

Novinda Bahniar Puteri obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Telkom University, where they studied from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued ICT Business Management at the same university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Novinda has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course offered by Google Digital Garage. Novinda Bahniar further enhanced their skills by acquiring the "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" in May 2020. Novinda also completed a "Supply Chain Management" short course from Oxford Home Study College in May 2020. Novinda Bahniar has also obtained certifications in "Introduction to Green Economy" from the United Nations in August 2020 and in "Management and Leadership" from Oxford Home Study College in May 2020.
