Adam Hattrell

Adam Hattrell is a seasoned professional in engineering support and management with extensive experience in building and leading technical teams. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Escalation Support Engineering at Wiz since November 2024, Adam previously held the position of Associate Director Engineering at LogDNA, where significant process improvements were implemented. Prior to that, Adam spent several years at DataStax, rising from a senior management role to Director of EMEA Support, successfully establishing a robust support team. Early career experiences include Direct Support Engineer roles at Splunk, various positions at IBM focusing on European support integration, and initial experience as a Support Analyst Programmer at Cimio Ltd. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
