Mavi (Merav) Etzyon-Grizer is a seasoned customer success leader with extensive experience in engaging with clients to enhance satisfaction and drive business growth. As Head of Customer Strategic Engagement at Wiz since July 2022, Mavi leads the post-sales customer engagement strategy to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience. Previous roles include Global Director of Customer Success at Transmit Security and various positions at Microsoft, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical teams and driving customer adoption of security products. Mavi’s career also includes leading customer support teams at Secure Islands Technologies and Red Bend Software, as well as project management roles at N-trig and IBM, focused on configuration management and software support.
