Or Shachar is a seasoned DevOps professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Wiz since July 2021, Or previously worked at Wix.com as a DevEx Backend Engineer and Team Lead from January 2017 to June 2021, contributing to significant backend advancements. Prior experiences include serving as VP of R&D at Servicefriend, where Or oversaw the development of innovative customer service solutions, and leading a DevOps team at Hewlett-Packard, facilitating agile methodologies and implementing comprehensive DevOps processes. Or's earlier career involved developing complex information systems for the Israeli Ministry of Health and providing technical support through various roles. Or holds a BSc in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has a background in general electronics from the Israeli Air-Force School of Technical Skills.
