Global Product Marketing Manager, Events at Wizards of the Coast

Aideen Magee has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a PR Intern for Ghan House, where they gained experience in public relations and project management. In 2013, they interned as a Research Intern at the Regional Development Centre, where they extended their internship and gained further experience. Later that year, they worked as a Purchasing Clerk at Height for Hire, assisting with purchasing and account reconciliation.

In 2014, Aideen interned as a Communications Intern at JayRay, a creative agency, where they gained experience in social media, branding, event management, and other communications tasks. In 2015, they worked as a Content Marketing professional at Accelerite, responsible for developing and researching content for blog posts, white papers, and social media.

Later that year, Aideen also started working as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Blackstone Motors Renault, where they managed the marketing, advertising, and social media needs for the dealership. In 2019, they joined Talent Solutions TAPFIN as an Event Operations member, supporting the Events Team at Wizards of the Coast. Here, they gained insight into event planning and logistics and executed various events.

In 2020, Aideen worked as a Communications Coordinator at Horizon House, focusing on internal communications and crisis management. Aideen'sresponsibilities included resident-facing communication, social media management, employee engagement, and maintenance of WordPress sites.

Currently, Aideen is working at Wizards of the Coast as a Global Product Marketing Manager, Events. Aideen'srole involves cross-functional communication, collaborating with event and program managers, creating marketing strategies, and implementing campaigns across various marketing channels.
