Ann Earp

Ann Earp has extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Ann is currently serving as the Head of Category Licensing & Business Development at Wizards of the Coast since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager - Consumer Group at JAB Group Ltd in 2017. From 2016 to 2017, they held the position of Minecraft, Franchise Business & Strategy - Global Expansion at Microsoft. Before that, they had a long career at Hallmark Cards, where they served as the Vice President, Consumer Platforms from 2013 to 2016, and as the Vice President, Innovation Platforms & Hallmark Licensed Properties from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at Zizzle LLC as the Vice President - Marketing & Product Development from 2005 to 2010, and at LeapFrog as the Group Director - Product Development & Advanced Concepts from 1999 to 2005.

Ann Earp studied Integrated Marketing at the University of Chicago. Ann then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing & Strategy at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. Prior to this, Ann obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics & History from Indiana University Bloomington.
