Bilingual Technical Artist at Wizards of the Coast

Chikage Imai has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Chikage currently works as a Bilingual Technical Artist at Wizards of the Coast since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Designer for multiple clients starting from January 2011. In this role, they directed campaign ads, designed layout for marketing collateral, created brand images for events, and led teams for designing print collateral and websites.

Prior to that, at Studio Get from 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Sr. Designer overseeing print collateral, developing marketing strategies, designing corporate identities, and creating advertisement materials for a Japanese company targeted at domestic and international markets.

Earlier in their career, Chikage worked as a Graphic Designer at Triplet, Ltd from June 2005 to January 2007, where they designed websites, corporate identities, and print collateral, and led a project to design a website for a major American cosmetic company. Chikage also briefly served as a Graphic Designer at Modernista! in 2004, collaborating with a team on creating advertisement and marketing materials, and creating a vintage photography book.

Chikage Imai attended Bristol Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they studied at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
