Megan Parry

Customer Service Representative at Wizards of the Coast

Megan Parry has a diverse work experience in various companies. Megan started their career as a 3D Character Artist at Dark Tonic in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Following that, they joined Google as a Visual Development Specialist i in 2015 and was later promoted to the role of Visual Development Specialist ii in 2016. In their role at Google, Megan reviewed map images, handled map-user feedback, and completed specific tasks to ensure quality control. Megan also assisted in team management and mentoring of new members. In 2017, Megan joined Big Fish Games as a Customer Service Representative. Their responsibilities involved providing customer support for mobile games, troubleshooting complex issues, testing games and their new features, researching and gathering information, and maintaining a high-quality and friendly response for customers. Megan worked at Big Fish Games until 2020 when they joined Wizards of the Coast as a Customer Service Representative.

Megan Parry pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Game Art and Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, completing their education between 2012 and 2015.
