UX Researcher at Wizards of the Coast

Molly Deneen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Molly started their career as a Manager at the Golf Club of Avon, where they ensured smooth operations and trained new employees. Molly then interned at the Farmington Polo Club, where they communicated with professional athletes and cared for horses during games and practices. Molly also interned at Generation Hope, where they facilitated playroom activities for children of teenage parents and led outreach programs.

In 2019, Molly worked as a Hostess at Raku Asian Dining, providing excellent customer service and assisting the restaurant team. Molly also interned at RAINN, where they conducted research projects, maintained social media platforms, and contributed to website redesign proposals.

Moving into more specialized roles, Molly joined Enovational in 2020 as a Project Assistant, and later became a Project Coordinator. In these roles, they led the digitization and automation of a client's CRM and ERP data and workflows, conducted trainings and demos, developed project roadmaps, and collaborated with the development team. Molly gained expertise in Salesforce and product development processes.

Most recently, Molly worked as a UX Researcher at Greenzone Solutions, focusing on user experience research. Currently, they are a UX Researcher at Wizards of the Coast, where they continue to apply their research skills.
