Roscoe Wetlaufer

Lead Game Designer at Wizards of the Coast

Roscoe Wetlaufer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roscoe began their career as a Summer Analyst at Egon Zehnder International in 2011. Later that year, they joined Kieve-Wavus Education Inc. as an Educator and Trip Leader, where they taught classes and led outdoor adventure trips. In 2014, Roscoe became an Assistant Director at Kieve-Wavus Education Inc., where they orchestrated logistics for adventure expeditions. During the same year, they joined Wizards of the Coast as a Wizards Play Network Retail Representative, managing sales accounts and mentoring retailer partners. In 2016, Roscoe transitioned to the role of Trade Marketing Specialist at Wizards of the Coast, leading marketing campaigns and managing email programs. Roscoe eventually became a Lead Game Designer at the same company in 2017, conceptualizing and designing the Dungeon Mayhem game, which received critical acclaim upon its release in 2018.

Roscoe Wetlaufer attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2003 to 2007. After completing their high school education, Wetlaufer went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in American Studies at Stanford University from 2007 to 2011.
