Cristina joined Wizeline in June 2021 as the VP of People Operations to define the Global People Strategy, ensuring that processes, systems, policies and initiatives related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, Onboarding, Culture, Engagement & Recognition and Workplace create a differentiated employee experience across our locations in the USA, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Cristina is an HR professional with more than 20 years of experience working for global companies. She has held different local and LATAM-focused roles in companies such as Young & Rubicam, Arthur Andersen, Accenture and The Coca-Cola Company. She is based in Mexico City, where she completed her studies of Business Administration at the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte. In recent years, she completed programs in Top Management, Culture Practices, Strategic Change Management and Coaching at IPADE Business School, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and the NeuroLeadership Institute, respectively.
