Leila Carballo

Leila Carballo is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Wizeline since May 2022. Previously, Leila held the position of User Experience Researcher at CEMEX from October 2018 to May 2022, and worked as a Business Strategist at Novak Innovation from November 2016 to September 2018. Early career experiences include roles as an Innovation Strategist at Idea Couture Inc., a Branding and Strategic Consultant, and a Product Design Engineer at Schneider Electric, where Leila focused on new product development. Additionally, Leila has contributed as a Design and Innovation Consultant, a professor at CEDIM México, and interned in various design roles. Leila holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design and Product Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
