Nadine Gilmer

Nadine Gilmer has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Nadine is currently working as a Lead Designer at Wizeprep, a position they began in August 2022. Prior to this, Nadine worked at Atlassian as a Senior Product Designer from April 2019 to November 2020, and then again from November 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Atlassian, they were a Senior Product Designer at Keepsafe Software from March 2018 to February 2019. Nadine also has experience as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at SmartRecruiters from March 2015 to February 2018. In addition, Nadine worked as a UX/UI Designer at Banter! for a brief period in 2015. Furthermore, they worked as a UX Designer at Upstart Network for a 3-month project from September 2014 to December 2014. Prior to their career in design, Nadine served as a Researcher and Project Manager at SMART - University of Michigan from September 2012 to October 2014, during which they were involved in the organization of the China Mobility Project and conducted research on autonomous vehicles. Nadine also held the role of Student at the same university from September 2009 to May 2013. Additionally, Nadine gained experience as a Production Assistant Intern and Social Media Specialist at UpNorth Media Center from December 2013 to March 2014. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Writer from May 2006 to March 2014. Nadine's early experience includes working as a Research & Development Intern at ZinCo from June 2013 to September 2013. Overall, Nadine has a strong background in design and has developed a range of skills through their various roles in different industries.

Nadine Gilmer holds a Bachelor's degree in International Political Economics & Development and Germanic Languages & Literature from the University of Michigan, which they completed between 2009 and 2013. In 2011, they also studied abroad at the University of Tübingen, focusing on German Language and Literature and Modern Greek. In 2014, they obtained a User Experience Design degree from General Assembly. Furthermore, Nadine holds a certification in Leading Complex Projects, which they obtained from IDEO U in February 2022.
