Darwin Dumael

Darwin Dumael has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Darwin began their career as a Customer Contact Associate at Influent Inc., Philippines, where they were responsible for acquiring new sales for credit cards and financial enhancement services. Darwin also worked as a Product Trainer, providing coaching and mentoring to new sales representatives.

In 2009, Darwin joined RMH Teleservices Asia Pacific Inc as a Customer Contact Associate, focusing on ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining transparent sales for B2B accounts and credit card enhancement products. Darwin achieved consistent top sales performance for Bank of America Payment Protect Plus.

In 2010, Darwin worked as a Customer Contact Associate at Diamedix Technologies Inc, where they provided customer service for an American online listing.

From 2011 to 2017, Darwin worked at ANZ in two different roles. As a Customer Acquisition Officer, they maintained a good level of customer experience and achieved personal sales goals. Darwin later transitioned to a Market Static Data Officer role, where they performed setup requests for corporate clients, managed data for new and existing clients, and loaded and verified Standard Settlement Instructions.

Darwin then joined Deutsche Bank in 2017 as a Collateral Management Senior Analyst, where they undertook a risk mitigation function and supported the execution of collateral agreements. Darwin also managed working relationships with internal clients.

Most recently, Darwin worked at Wizy.io, starting as a Sales Engineer in 2019 and later transitioning to the position of Chief Culture Officer in 2020. In these roles, they were involved in developing and implementing Android and Google Cloud Platform solutions, as well as working on projects using the latest technologies such as Reactjs, Flutter, and Deep Learning.

Darwin Dumael completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2000 to 2005. Darwin also obtained a certification in People Analytics from LinkedIn in 2021.
