Majdi Alkotamy

Majdi AlKotamy is an accomplished technology leader with significant experience in information technology and software integration. As the Head of Information Technology at WizzFinancial since July 2022, Majdi has been instrumental in leading strategic technology initiatives, developing IT strategies, overseeing infrastructure and security, and fostering innovation within the IT team. Previously, Majdi served as a Software Integration Engineer, collaborating with financial institutions to integrate core banking systems and payment gateways. At MTN SYRIA, from October 2017 to May 2022, Majdi held the position of Senior VAS Engineer, focusing on telecommunication systems integration and enhancing customer experiences. Majdi also has experience in Android development from a brief tenure at SITC and holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Arab International University.
