JP Winter has extensive work experience in finance and business development. JP currently serves as the Director of Finance Business Development at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at GEM&BOLT Mezcal + Damiana. JP has also worked as a Finance Manager at Luxottica and Stoli Group, Manager Financial Planning & Analysis at J.Crew, and Senior Financial Analyst at Diageo. JP's early career included a 2-year rotation in GE Water & Process Technologies' Financial Management Program.

JP Winter earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business. This educational experience occurred between 2005 and 2007.
