Nelson Presley

Nelson Presley has extensive experience in the field of human services and behavioral support, currently serving as a Consultant and Trainer for Integrated Behavioural Supports Services at WJS Canada since November 2021. With a long-standing role at Verbal Edge International since October 2000, Nelson also has experience as an Instructor for the Addictions and Community Services Worker Program at CDI College. Previous roles include Training Coordinator at Mpowr Community & Organizational Supports, where coordination of training for over 400 employees and delivery of essential health and safety training were key responsibilities, and Intensive Case Manager for the Hope Mission Rapid Exit Program. Earlier positions include Technician/Auditor at CORIX Group of Companies and Peace Officer Sergeant at the University of Alberta Protective Services, where responsibilities included training and support oversight. Additionally, Nelson has worked as a Family Preservation Worker at The Family Centre. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Police Studies from MacEwan University.
