Janine Edwards

Janine Edwards is an accomplished leader in the charitable sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Power for the People since July 2019 and as Managing Director at Silverdale Associates Ltd, a company established by Janine in 2022. With extensive experience, Janine holds key positions including Trustee at Small International Development Charities Network and the Gordon Moody Association, and Associate Trainer at the Association of Chairs. Janine's previous roles include Commercial Director and various positions within the Foundation for Social Improvement, where the development of consultancy services and learning programs for small charities was overseen. Holding dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Psychology with Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington, Janine Edwards has cultivated a strong professional network and focuses on capacity building and training within the charitable sector.
