Mike Christensen

Mike Christensen currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at WK Kellogg Co since August 2023, following an extensive tenure at Kellogg Company where Mike held various leadership roles, including Head of HR for North America Sales and Commercial Organizations. With a strong background in human resources, Mike led significant initiatives such as the Global Finance Transformation and Global Procurement Transformation, resulting in substantial cost savings and organizational effectiveness. Prior to Kellogg, Mike managed HR functions at The Toro Company and founded Integrated Organizational Solutions, demonstrating expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and change management. Mike holds an MBA with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University.
