Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on Continuous Improvement and Quality Management. Currently serving as Global Business System Leader and Global Quality and Continuous Improvement Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates since July 2017, Paul has previously held significant positions at FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants, Inc., including General Manager and Director of Manufacturing Operations, where responsibilities encompassed local leadership of various functions and global strategy delivery for Continuous Improvement. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Paul has successfully executed Continuous Improvement projects across diverse functions and international boundaries. Paul’s earlier career includes roles as a Research Scientist at Fujifilm Imaging Colorants and Development Chemist at various companies. Paul holds an MSc in Industrial Organic Chemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BSc Hons in Applied Chemistry from The University of Salford.
