Tami Garner Sphr

Tami Garner SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources. Currently, Tami serves as the Global Strategic HR Business Partner for IT & Business Transformation at W. L. Gore & Associates, having held various leadership roles including Americas HR Services Leader and Interim EMEA Human Resources Leader. Prior to joining W. L. Gore & Associates in January 2010, Tami worked at The Home Depot for over 12 years, where responsibilities included Human Resources Manager, providing support to multiple stores, and serving as a Learning and Development Training Administrator. Tami holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
