Mindy Heick

Mindy Heick has extensive work experience in human resources. Mindy started their career at Louis Rich in 1991 as a Human Resources Supervisor and later became an Assistant HR Manager. In 1996, they joined West Liberty Foods as an HR Manager and held various roles including HR Corporate Compliance Manager, Corporate Recruiting Manager, and Employee Relations Manager. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Human Resources at West Liberty Foods starting in April 2021.

Mindy Heick earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa. Mindy attended the university from 1987 to 1991.
