Matt Watkins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. MATT worked as a Technical Support Consultant for multiple contracts, focusing on QA and BI analyst work, software implementation, and tech support for major companies. MATT also served as an Oracle Technical Consultant at Pyramid Consulting, providing expertise in Oracle technology. Matt has experience as a QA Analyst at Smartmatic, where they tested voting machines' hardware and software using various tools and technologies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consumer Services Specialist at Service Finance Company, LLC, assisting customers and dealers. Matt also held positions as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance and worked as a self-employed Technical Support Consultant. In addition, they have professional experience as a Securities Broker at First Command Financial Services, Inc., where they obtained FINRA Series 6/63 certifications, and as a Life Health Insurance Agent at CNO Financial Group.

Matt Watkins, MCP MTA MPA, has an extensive education history in various fields. In 2004, they attended The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. MATT continued their education at the same university from 2006 to 2008, earning a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on Public Administration.

In 2020, Matt received multiple certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Technology Associate in SQL/Database Administration (MTA), and Microsoft Technology Associate in Azure. These certifications were obtained from PC Professor, a recognized institution specializing in data modeling, warehousing, and database administration. Moreover, they obtained Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification from Apple in 2018.

Matt furthered their education in computer programming by completing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Programming at St. Petersburg College from 2023 to 2024.

Additionally, Matt holds a Securities Broker certification from FINRA, acquired in 2013, which indicates their involvement in the financial industry.
