Isobel James

Isobel James is currently a Dialogue System Analyst at Wluper, but they got their start in customer service. From October 2017 to April 2018, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Currys PC World. There, they provided quality service and high customer satisfaction, often handling multiple customers at once. At the end of each shift, they were responsible for checking and organising hundreds of shelves, requiring a meticulous eye for detail.

Before their time at Currys PC World, Isobel James did a work experience placement at the House of Commons from July 2016 to July 2016. There, they worked in various departments, including printing and publication, distribution, and graphic design. Isobel also received and uploaded questions from MPs for PMQs and helped print and distribute the first copies of the Chilcot Report. These previous experiences have no doubt helped their in their current role as a Dialogue System Analyst at Wluper.

Isobel James has a degree in Isobel'story from Durham University and also has certification from Coursera in Machine Learning by Stanford University.
