María Rico del Valle

Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, compliance assistance, and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in the online sale of organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also practiced as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and contributed as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
