Paula Fuentes Bueso is a seasoned legal and digital recruitment consultant with over two decades of experience in the Spanish market. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at F&B Consultores since January 2004, Paula specializes in legal recruitment after a background as a qualified lawyer and experience at prestigious firms including WARDHOWELL INTERNATIONAL and AMROP (SEELIGER & CONDE). In addition to their consultancy role, Paula is a Partner at WLW | Women in a Legal World, a non-profit organization supporting women in the legal sector.
