Zhaohui Liu 刘朝晖

Zhaohui Liu 刘朝晖 has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. Zhaohui started their career in 1997 as a Project Manager and Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble China. In 2001, they moved to IBM as a Strategic Marketing Manager. In 2004, they were hired by Coca-Cola China as a Director of Merger & Acquisition, Investment and Business Development. Zhaohui was responsible for all M&A and Investment projects for Coca-Cola China, and they orchestrated the $2.4 billion acquisition of Huiyuan Juice Group. Zhaohui also served as a Business Development Manager. In 2009, they became a Director at FountainVest Partners. In 2016, they were hired by Education International Cooperation (EIC) Group as Vice Chairman/Board Director and Investment Partner at WM Motor. Currently, they are a Managing Partner at PGA Capital Partners.

Zhaohui Liu 刘朝晖 attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their MBA in Business. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Economics from Jinan University from 1993 to 1997.
