David Howie

David Howie is an experienced leader in the waste management and construction materials sectors, currently serving as the General Manager for Waste Management NZ Ltd in the Lower North Island since July 2013. Prior to this role, David held the position of General Manager for Concrete & Aggregates at Holcim (New Zealand) Ltd from September 2007 to June 2013. Earlier in his career, David was the General Manager at Natural Habitats Landscapes between December 2005 and August 2007 and spent over 17 years at Winstone Aggregates, initially in quarry management before advancing to operational and regional management roles.
