Graham Farrelly

Graham Farrelly is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on hazardous waste management and chemical safety. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Waste Management NZ Ltd since May 2023, Graham provides engineering and technical support to hazardous waste treatment plants. Prior experience includes a directorial role at HAZCOM Ltd. specializing in chemical safety from March 2018 to April 2023, and a Senior Process Engineer position at Fitzroy Engineering Group from August 2013 to February 2018. Earlier roles include Compliance Manager at Waste Management (previously Transpacific) and Senior Process Engineer at URS New Zealand Ltd. from 1993 to 2009, as well as a Production Engineer/Metallurgist at NZ Steel from 1987 to 1990. Graham holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Auckland.
