Katie Farrand

Katie Farrand has over 20 years of experience in operational excellence and quality management. Since September 2012, Katie has held multiple roles at WM Synergy, including Manager of Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Continuous Improvement Team Leader. Prior to this, Katie spent over seven years at Olympus IMS as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Quality Manager. Earlier in Katie's career, positions included Product Manager at GE Panametrics and Sales Engineer at Panametrics, Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and has participated in a study abroad program at the University of Adelaide.
