Stephanie Lamb has a diverse range of work experience in the entertainment industry. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Creative Intern at No Trace Camping Productions, providing script coverage and completing administrative tasks. In 2019, they also worked as a Selling Associate at Victoria's Secret, delivering excellent customer service and managing transactions.

In 2020, Stephanie was an Executive Assistant at Natural 9 Entertainment, where they maintained the office and facilitated schedules and travel arrangements. At NBCUniversal, they worked as a Production Assistant for the first season of Baking It, streamlining office workflow and serving as a liaison between the production office and crew.

Stephanie's most recent role is as a Rotational Assistant at WME (William Morris Endeavor), where they have gained experience in various areas and is currently working as a Talent Assistant.

Stephanie Lamb completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production with a Minor in Business Law at California State University, Northridge from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid," "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)," "Articulating Your Value," and "Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text" from LinkedIn, all obtained in November 2021.
