Bill M Campbell MD FAWM has extensive experience in both medicine and wilderness training. Campbell currently serves as DiMM at UIAA after completing the requirements for the Diploma in Mountain Medicine. As a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine with the Wilderness Medical Society since June 2013, Campbell has demonstrated a commitment to advancing wilderness medicine practices. Previously, Campbell was the Past President of the North American Nature Photography Association and served as the MC for the NANPA Summit 2013. With a strong background in emergency and family medicine, Campbell has practiced as an Emergency Room Physician at St Mary's Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital, and as a Family Physician at the Family Clinic of Oak Ridge. Educational credentials include a residency in Family Medicine from Penn State College of Medicine and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine.
