Erica Jerowski

Erica Jerowski has a comprehensive work history in the banking industry. Erica started their career in 1999 as a Business Banking Officer at Winona National Bank, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined WNB Financial, N.A. and held various roles, including VP & Business Banking Manager, Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer, and currently serves as the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.

Erica Jerowski obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in the years 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1999. Erica's education journey began at Winona Senior High School, where they completed their high school education from 1990 to 1994.
