Adrian McKnight is the Head of Transformation & Quality. He leads change management, and integration and drives the overall transformation agenda across WNS. Prior to WNS, Adrian held key portfolios at QBE Insurance. Before that, he was the Chief Data Officer for Suncorp Group in Australia.
