Althea Vivienne is a seasoned professional with a robust background in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Booth & Partners since December 2022, Althea is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values and best practices. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Communication Skills Trainer at Concentrix, where Althea focused on training new hires and enhancing service skills. Additionally, Althea held the position of Contact Center Supervisor at Premier BPO, Inc., overseeing operational strategies and quality assurance in call center operations.
