Dr. Pradeep Upadhyay

Dr. Pradeep Upadhyay currently serves as the Corporate Vice President of Digital Transformation - Generative AI at WNS, where responsibilities include orchestrating digital transformation initiatives and enhancing revenue through innovative Generative AI solutions. Prior roles encompass Sr. AVP at EXL SERVICE.COM (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, focusing on building digital components on a Digital intelligence platform, and Senior Vice President at YES BANK, leading business and digital transformations. Dr. Upadhyay's experience also includes project management in business analytics at Cognizant Technology Solutions, as well as engineering and project leadership roles at CA Technologies, Polaris Software Labs India, CSC India Pvt Ltd, and InterGlobe Technologies. Dr. Upadhyay is pursuing a Global Doctorate of Business Administration in Artificial Intelligence from Rennes School of Business, complemented by a Certificate in Business Analytics and Optimization from INSOFE and an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
