Gavin Atkinson leads WNS South Africa and is responsible for leading the entire South African operation, which comprises five revenue-generating divisions in seven sites across the country. He has over two decades of experience in the BPM industry and has been instrumental in shaping WNS’ Customer Experience Services in South Africa. Prior to WNS, Gavin was the CEO of BankServAfrica’s Contact Center. He has previously served as Chairman of the Contact Center Management Group and a founding member of the industry body BPESA.
